Field Service Assistant is a contact management program specifically designed for Jehovah's Witnesses. This full-version program helps manage calls, placements, and calculates volunteered time. It is compatible with iOSand supports multiple users.
The program offers several features such as the ability to start/stop timers, sort contacts by street, name, date, city, zip, day, and offer. It also supports custom fields and can manage and categorize up to 12 offers. The time entry screen autofills values and users can email or text message reports to up to three addresses. Field Service Assistant also supports WhatsApp and Hourglass, synchronizes contacts to host computers, maps calls, and provides directions. Additionally, users can create and manage notes, set monthly and yearly goals, and customize any column. The program also has a GPS solution for areas without street addresses, email backups, and locally stored backups. Users can view detailed and simplified reports and schedule appointments.
